Terms of Use

Effective date: April 14, 2026. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ContextCache (the “Service”) provided by Ignium Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and, if you are using it on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@contextcache.ai if you become aware of unauthorized access.

License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service—including generating embeddings and sending content to AI providers when you use features that rely on them.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach authentication, except as part of authorized security research we agree to in writing;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users’ use;
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content;
  • Misuse API keys, share credentials inappropriately, or circumvent access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.

AI features and disclaimers

The Service includes features that use artificial intelligence. When you use Blueprints or (where available on your plan) in-app chat, material from your cache may be sent to third-party model providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated outputs are provided “as is.” They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Outputs must not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs and for evaluating them before taking action.

Plans and features

We may offer different subscription or usage tiers. Features—such as in-app chat powered by our model providers—may be limited to Pro or higher plans, while other features (such as Blueprints) may be available on the free tier, subject to change and product configuration.

We may modify, add, or remove features; when we do, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect paid subscribers.

Fees, billing, and failed payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (for example, Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select, plus applicable taxes.

If a payment fails, our processor may retry the charge according to its rules. Your subscription status depends on successful payment and the state of your subscription in our systems and with the processor. If a subscription is canceled, unpaid, or otherwise not in good standing, we may downgrade your plan or remove access to paid features, including Pro-only capabilities such as in-app chat, without liability to you for any resulting loss of access.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable except at our discretion.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including authentication, hosting, payment, and AI services). Their use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. See our Trust page for more detail.

Termination and data

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we must do so under law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable).

Upon termination, we will handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, and agents against any third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the subject. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
