We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and identity. For example, name, email address, and profile details you provide through our authentication provider when you register or sign in.
• Content you store. Knowledge you add to the Service—such as text, titles, structured fields, links, and other materials you choose to save in your caches.
• Technical and usage data. Such as device/browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, log data, diagnostics, and product analytics that help us operate and improve the Service.
• Payment information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment processor (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; the processor handles card data according to its own terms and security practices.
• Communications. Messages you send us (for example, support requests) and related metadata.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users, enforce our terms, and protect security;
• Generate search-related representations (for example, embeddings) from your content where the product requires them;
• Run AI-powered features you invoke, including Blueprints and (where your plan includes it) in-app chat, as described below;
• Analyze usage in aggregate or pseudonymous form to understand product performance;
• Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and exercise legal rights.

Parts of the Service use third-party AI providers. Depending on the feature, text derived from your stored content (for example, chunks and related material from your cache) may be sent to those providers as prompts or context so the model can produce a response or carry out a workflow.

Blueprints are available on the free tier and above. When you run a Blueprint, content from your cache may be included in the inputs sent to our model provider (for example, Anthropic) to execute that Blueprint.

In-app chat that uses these models is available on Pro and higher plans only, subject to product configuration.

We use third parties such as OpenAI for embeddings (vector representations to support search) and Anthropic for certain conversational and workflow features. We may add or change providers over time; see our Trust page for a current list.

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service—such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, payment processing, and AI inference providers—under contractual terms consistent with this policy. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where appropriate).

A non-exhaustive list of categories of recipients appears on our Trust page. We may update that list as our vendors change.

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, preferences, and (where enabled) product analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit parts of the Service.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete content or request account deletion, we will take steps to delete or anonymize that information within a commercially reasonable period, subject to backup and archival systems that may retain residual copies for a limited time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact privacy@contextcache.ai. We may verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We operate primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from other countries, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate.
